  • I only accept payments in USD or Mexican Pesos (MXN) through PayPal. For clients located in Mexico, direct bank deposits and transfers are also accepted.

  • Please always provide clear and detailed references to help me understand and complete your commission accurately.

  • Please be patient, respectful, and clear when placing your order.

  • I will only start working on your commission once full payment has been received. Revisions are allowed during the sketching stage, including partial or complete changes. However, once the client approves the final sketch, no further changes will be accepted without an additional fee. Please note that additional revisions may also extend the estimated delivery time. If the mistake is on my part, no extra fees will be charged.

  • I will send WIPs (Work in Progress updates) throughout the commission process. Clients are expected to stay attentive and respond to updates regarding their orders to ensure a smoother process and faster delivery.

  • I am a university student, and I occasionally go through busy periods involving exams, projects, internships, and community service. Please understand that your commission may take longer than expected if it is started close to one of these periods or if an unexpected emergency occurs. I will always do my best to notify clients in advance and/or temporarily close commissions during these times.

  • All completed commissions will be posted on my social media accounts.

  • Please always credit me when sharing or posting my artwork.

  • DO NOT sell, commercialize, customize, print, trace, steal, copy, edit, modify, alter, or crop my artwork in any way. This includes the canvas, characters, signature, and any other elements of the original artwork.

  • NO NFTs. My artwork may not be used, sold, or distributed as NFTs.

  • NO AI. My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI-generated content, or any AI-related purposes.

  • DO NOT remove my signature or watermark.

  • DO NOT use my artwork to promote yourself.

  • NO REFUNDS once I have started working on your commission. This applies to every stage of the process, from the initial sketch to the final details.

  • DO NOT bargain or negotiate my prices.

  • DO NOT pressure me. If any issues arise regarding your commission, I will contact you directly so we can discuss the situation and reach an agreement.
